Self-Love September

1. Write down three things you love about yourself
2. Take a walk in nature and appreciate the beauty of life around you
3. Do something nice for someone else - it doesn't have to be anything big, just do something that will make them smile
4. Declutter your home by getting rid of old clothes, books, shoes, etc., or donate them to charity if they are still usable
5. Watch an inspiring movie or read an uplifting book before bedtime so you can sleep peacefully at night
6. Give yourself time to relax every day with some form of self care (e.g., meditation)
